Planning submissions, rezoning, site plan agreements, and building permits are driven in house alongside our consultants.
Infrastructure & Grading
Servicing, roads, grading, and municipal coordination are completed properly before a single home is started.
Construction
Our own trades and vetted partners build every home to the HKTE standard, phase by phase, on a published schedule.
Sales & Handover
Pricing, marketing, buyer support, and a final walk through, each home delivered with a 10 year structural warranty.
